Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble your chair and pack it into its original structural packaging to ensure the components are protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a convenient courier pickup from your home address.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for any damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
